Day 20. Day glory. Day of appreciation. 5 more days to go.
Once again, you are welcome to another episode of The Love of Christ 2022 Blogmas.
Now, let me tell a brief story
Thank God it’s a good resemblance.
I remembered my dad waking up early with his old stereo radio as early as 5 am. I swear that I will never do so when I am out of his roof.
Well, I’m out of his roof but guess, Boomplay said no, I resembled him (see pic 1) 😀😀😀 and not just on time just preferred genre. 🤩🤩

We thank God it was a good thing.
Now, I will divide the lessons in this short story into two;
To the singles: know this and know peace, you can’t divorce your future partner from his/her family background. He/she is coming from nowhere. That person that makes your heart beats gbim gbim is coming from a family, a principle, a belief, a culture, and a system.
The famed Emeka Nobis is talking about never using abusive and body-shaming words, e.g., big head, fish leg, etc though jokingly in his house. I bet his kids will grow up banning such words in their vicinity.
Therefore, ask, research, check and pray if she/he is properly loved from where LOML is coming from.
Ask, research, and check if the system, the principle, family, and culture the man is coming from, allow his wife to be another Ngozi Ikonjo oweala.
Research if the system, the principle, the family, and the culture she is coming from allows a man to be God’s creation or beast of burden.
And perhaps, you notice a trendy, principle or belief you noticed in your family, and seek both spiritual and therapeutic solutions.
While I was waking up to play music, I don’t ever remember my dad but unconsciously I was inching towards how he too behaves.
Now, to the parents; please, by all means, create a godly family, a godly principle, godly belief, and a godly culture in your home. A family and a system that your future son/daughter-in-law can thrive, develop and grow in, effortlessly, and called you blessed.
Lastly, what resemblance/traits did you notice you got unconsciously from your parents?

I found the article below in Nairaland and thought of sharing it on day 19 of 2022 Blogmas titled The Love of Christ.
Have you ever considered what to do this holiday season to make money for the coming year?
Every time I think about Christmas, I remember all the enjoyable aspects of the holiday and, of course, the extra costs involved in celebrating it. More than that, I consider ways to increase my income for the coming year.
A financial struggle at the beginning of the year is the last thing I want to go through. No! The thought is too much to handle.
You may easily think of some of the best ideas to help you make more money because of all the shopping that takes place around Christmas.
If you’re looking for lucrative Christmas business ideas for your next venture, here are some ideas to consider.
Everyone loves a brightly decorated house, especially during Christmas, Christmas light installers may provide both interior and exterior decorating options.
Becoming a Christmas light installer is a such great way to earn money at Christmas especially if you are one that is good with your hands, is good with decorations, and can afford to climb to certain heights.
Serve families and businesses that host holiday parties with your own catering businesses. Offer traditional holiday favorites like turkey and stuffing, along with Christmas sugar cookies and peppermint candies.
Just as there are those who prefer to buy their Christmas trees, there are those who feel awful at allowing these trees to die, and so they prefer to rent out their Christmas trees that can be returned after the festivities is over. The business is still brand new and so it’s an opportunity for you to tap into this business opportunity.
The bottom line is that homemade Santa costumes are worn by loads of people either for fun or for acting and those that are involved in selling these costumes usually rake in good money during the season.
People often purchase Santa costumes for holiday parties or special events. You may either make these garments or source them from other companies. Then set up an online store or partner with retail locations.
More children usually receive more toys and love wearing new clothes during Christmas than usual, especially if these kids grow up in a large family. Toys and new clothes are stuff that kids are never tired of and so every now and then, especially during the Christmas period, children often demand toys and new clothes to add to their collection.
During the Christmas period, there are always more people exchanging gifts via gift baskets than in any other season especially as the season is characterized as that of giving. If you are one that can make gift baskets and are quite creative about what to put into each basket, then it is high time you consider going into this business during Christmas to earn some extra bucks.
The Christmas period is usually a time when people give greeting cards. Most of the cards are usually followed by the gifts themselves or a flower and so the sale of cards during this period usually booms. Unlike in times past, when designing a card might have been difficult, nowadays, with the help of a computer, this is a fairly easy business to go into.
During the Christmas season, more people are likely to host parties than usual and half of these are usually parties for children and young ones. Such parties often need someone who can keep the little kids engaged with tricks such as light magic tricks, ball juggling, and other such tricks. Also, it’d be a mighty plus if you can sing or dance.
If you know you have such talents, this is not a period to allow them to go to waste. You should check out how many parties are likely to hold in your neighborhood, and how many you would want to attend.
Christmas is a season of giving and as such many people usually give out gifts – small, medium, or large – during this period. However, not everyone who gives out these gifts is good, patient, or even creative at wrapping the gifts and giving them that beautifully packaged style that would make the gifts presentable.
During the Christmas period, there are often lots of events that are usually put up. The events could range from casual affair to serious one that has lots of personalities and celebrities showing up to attend. If you have had any experience with planning events, then the Christmas period should be a time for you to make more money from your abilities.
Thanks for reading.

Away from Christmas related post today. Let’s talk football. But anyway, welcome to day 18 of The Love of Christ’ Blogmas for 2022.
The most controversial world cup, #Qatar2022 has came and gone with memorable moments.
To me, this edition is the best so far. It gave us some magical moments, upsets, dribbles, mouth-gaping goals, and worthy finals.
Furthermore, thank you, Qatar, for giving a fantastic tournament 🇶🇦🇶🇦🇶🇦
Thank you for not bowing to Western Media Propaganda and evil agenda.
Thank you, Qatari.

Also appreciation goes to France 🇫🇷 for fighting to the very end. You gave us a finals worthy to be called a #FIFAWorldCup finals.

Nevertheless, a big congratulations to the Argentine squad 🇦🇷🇦🇷. You came, you saw and you conquered. Enjoy your well-deserved victory.

And to all football lovers, I think we should be welcoming ourselves to the Mbappe and whosoever want to give us the vibes era now that the Messi-Ronaldo epoch-making chapter is almost over and two, see you in the USA, Canada, and Mexico in 2026.
It’s day 17 already. You are welcome. I celebrate you.
The Love of Christ will wax stronger in your heart in Jesus name.
To say the fact, because of apparent commercialization of Christmas by people who deny Jesus, young people tends to be morally loose this period.
But God doesn’t want what can destroy us, either during this festive season or not. He wants an acceptable Christmas from His children.
Going forward, I have put a e-book together that help you to be able to keep yourself pure and chaste during this period even though the people of the world has even sexualized it.
I titled the book PATHWAYS TO SEXUAL PURITY. Available for download through the link below

Thank you for following God’s will.

I love you

I hope you enjoyed the jollof rice prepared yesterday.
That being said, I welcome you to day 14 of 2022 Blogmas titled The Love of Christ.
Today let’s prepare Nigerian delicious Amala and Gbegiri or preferably Amala and Abula ( Abula is Gbegiri plus ewedu).
Amala and Gbegiri are conventional Yoruba food eaten mostly in the Ibadan, Oyo, and Ogbomosho axis of Southwest Nigeria but due to their delicious and nutritional value, this food is now nationally and internationally accepted as the one that brings joy and satisfaction.

Before I went to describe how to prepare this delicious food, lemme confess that this food is my all-time favorite. Two, we have two varieties of Amala; laafun type ( made from cassava) and isu type (made from yam). I will be describing the preparation of the former.
1. Yam flour (yam type)
2. Bean (for making Gbegiri)
3. Ewedu
4. Stew.
5. Potash
6. Salt
7. Seasoning cubes
8. Locust bean
(A) Amala
(i) put desirable water on and let it boil.
(ii) while the water is still boiling, start adding yam flour and stir gently.
(iii) after that, reduce the heat while still stirring until you achieve a uniform texture.
A well-cooked Amala will give you a sticky brownish colour.
(B) Gbegiri.
(i) deshell your bean.
(ii). After deshelling, put the deshelled bean into the pot, and add water and a little potash. Then let it cook until the bean is soft.
Stir occasionally
(Note, do not cover to avoid overflowing)
(iii) when the bean is a soft, sieve. The sieved part that’s liquid is the Gbegiri.
You can discard the remnant from sieving.
(iv) put the liquid on the fire, then add palm oil, salt, and your seasoning cubes to taste.
A well-cooked Gbegiri will give you a yellowish colour.
If you are eating at this stage, enjoy your Amala and Gbegiri plus your stew of assorted meats but for maximum enjoyment, let’s make it Abula (literally, Abula in Yoruba means mixture).
(C) Ewedu
(i) detach jute mallow leaves from its stem.
(ii) after detaching, wash the leaves free from stone and sand.
(iii) put appropriate water plus the locust beans on the fire for 5 minutes.
(iv) put the washed leaves in the pot, thereafter add potash. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
A well-cooked ewedu will give you a greenish colour
Don’t cover.
(v) when it is soft, blend for 1 minute gently.
(vi) after blending, return to the fire, then add seasoning cubes and crayfish and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Now, you have your Ewedu.
Amala plus Gbegiri plus ewedu gives you the best enjoyment in the world.
Enjoy.

You want to marry? You are looking for a Christian partner to marry as it’s supposed to be? And this is Christmas time?
Welcome to day 12 of 2022 Blogmas themed LOVE OF CHRIST. It has been 12th day of talking about Christ and His birth and how to have a godly fun-filled Christmas celebration.

Now, to today’s episode. 15 godly places to check for a suitable partner during this Christmas:
1. Your DM: Sister, go and reply all your online messages. Maybe he is there.
Brother, send that DM today and express your intent to be her future husband. Worse thing that can happen is no.
2. Family Gatherings and Meetings: during this festive period, most families will have their sojourning members at home for Celebration. You or your parents, friend or siblings may got invited to one and who knows what may happen after.
3. Youth fellowship programs: Mama has been disturbing you for grandkid. But how do give her grandkid when you are not even marry? Now, let me tell you a secret, many youth fellowships will organise end of the year programs creating a great opportunity for singles to meet potential spouse.
5. Through your parents: Yes! You read me well! You can actually meet your LOML through your parents, mentors or any spiritual authority over you. Why not go on and ask for their recommendations? Maybe by this time next year, you are happily married.
6. School Reunions: if you are lucky that your alma mater organizes their reunion during this period, why not take some times to attend. You may find your wife or husband there.
7. Ceremonies: I can’t count how many person have met their future spouses by attending ceremonies especially wedding ceremonies. Because many family members will come home for Christmas celebration, most families usually fix their kids’ weddings in December, therefore, there will be plenty wedding invites. Make sure you attend as many as possible and be observant.
8. Sunday School Class/group: yes! That normal Sunday school that you attend weekly. The same one.
That your worded, tongue speaking, gentle cute male Sunday school teacher.
That your sonorous beautiful angelic female Sunday school teacher that tick all your boxes.
Think about this; why is it that sister always sit beside you or have something to say after your brief contribution to the lesson?
9. Your friend: I know you know him from diapers but if you don’t marry your friend who are you trying to marry? Your enemy?
Now, beam your searchlight to that single friend of yours and you will see that everything you have been looking for in sòkòtò is inside the pocket of your sókótó.
Caveat; dear men, God helps you if she says no because that you are gonna lose both her and her friendship but who cares, you said. Men die once.
10. Gym: hit the gym, dude. You may meet him/her there.
You can meet your future partner here or start a friendship with fellow gymnasts which can lead to meeting your partner.
What if I don’t get a spouse? Well, you will get a great body by exercising
11. December retreats: Most congregations organized special Christmas programs in form of conventions, meetings, camping, and retreats, which normally concern all ages and gender cadres.
Winners chapel just finished the Shiloh program.
RCCG just concluded Holy Ghost Congress with let-go-a-fishing coming up on Christmas day.
Deeper Life Bible Church also has one week December retreat.
Nigerian Baptist Convention will be having Baptist Night of Wonders this Friday.
Apart from potentially praying for divine guidance concerning life and choice of spouse, someone’s daughter or son may collect your number and who knows?
12. You may be curious as to where I met my wife. I met her under a mango tree at a particular prayer ground through a particular elder in the Lord.
I want you to add places 13, 14, and 15 in the comment section.
Thanks. See you tomorrow

Welcome to another day of Blogmas themed LOVE OF CHRIST. Like always, I say; thank you for being here and engaging.

Today, I want us to talk about the most neglected set of people in the church – the pastors. Nobody seems to care about their welfare, their families, or their health because we guess they are superheroes. But they are not, Pastors are human like us with struggles, aspirations, yearnings and desires and they are worthy to be celebrated and appreciated.
Why should I appreciate my pastor? After all, his/her salaries are being paid? You should celebrate him/her because God said so. Why? See below:
Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially those who labour in the word and doctrine. For the Scripture says, “You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain,” and, “The labourer is worthy of his wages.”
I Timothy 5:17-18 NKJV
Who are the elders in your congregation? The first elder is your pastor(s). Why did God commanded it? Because they laboured over us in words and doctrine. The first honour is the salary, to double the honour, a gift won’t be a bad idea.
Another Bible verse to affirm God’s Word concerning your MoG.
If we have sown spiritual things for you, is it a great thing if we reap your material things? Even so the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should live from the gospel.
I Corinthians 9:11, 14 NKJV
Can you tell me how best and thoughtful to spread the love of Christ if not through gifts to our servants of God?
Having been cleared about gifts for our men of God, listed below are the best, inspiring, thoughtful, perfect, unique and gorgeous gifts for your pastors:
These and many other fantastic gifts are what you can get for your pastor, kids or spouse for the love of Christ.
Finally, thank you for being here. I love you.
