    How to Treat you enemy.

    A large number of prayers are being devoted to killing enemies in African churches and you could wonder as to how much resources we earmarked for the destruction of another human being.

    Before we proceed, let established four points.

    1. You don’t have a human enemy.

    Devil is your enemy, influencing unregenerated human beings to hate you. I said unregenerated because you can’t be a Christian and hate someone. Therefore, leave your fellow human beings alone and face Satan.

    Are you going to pray for Satan to die? No! Doing so is wasting precious time and saliva because Satan is a spirit (and spirit doesn’t die). What you should do to Satan is to resist him. After resisting him, stand firm.

    So be subject to God. Resist the devil [stand firm against him], and he will flee from you.
    James 4:7
     Therefore put on God's complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place].
    Ephesians 6:13.

    2. You will have an enemy.

    There is no how, all the people will like you because you are not ice cream. Even if you are ice cream, some people will just hate you for no reason. Some will hate you for a reason. Even God have enemies and who are the enemies of God, if not the wicked?

    Infact, some people can become your enemy because you are looking for their uplifting and betterment? Human hearts are so deceptive.

    3. Do not be somebody’s enemy.

    People will hate you but you don’t have to pay hate with hate.

    I bet it with you that some people want you to hate them consciously and unconsciously, in words and in deeds. Still don’t hate them.

    Why shouldn’t you hate? One, there is no hatred with God. Even when some people rejected His eternal plan of salvation, still He loves them. Two, since you are God’s ambassador here, it is demanded of you to behave like Him.

    4. God expect you to treat your enemy nicely, dutifully, respectfully and in the manners He treated His own enemies.

    How then do you treat your enemy nicely, dutifully, respectfully and how did God treat His enemies? Thanks to God for not leaving us unguided about dealing with enemies.

    Deal with your enemy thus:

    1. Love for your enemy.

    This command is directly from our Lord Jesus Christ

    You have heard that it was said, You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy; But I tell you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
    Matthew 5:43 - 44.

    2. Pray for your enemy.

    You don’t only love him/her, you are also expected to love. One God is love and you are His image and Bible enjoins us to bless and curse not.

    3. Feed your enemy.

    Give the person that hates you food, give him clothes and find a way for your hater to sleep (not under the same roof though).

    God feed His own enemies by providing food, sunlight and rain for them and doing so mean you are aiming for God’s reward and be GODLY.

     If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he is thirsty, give him water to drink; For in doing so, you will heap coals of fire upon his head, and the Lord will reward you.

    Proverbs 25:21
     

    To show that you are the children of your Father Who is in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the wicked and on the good, and makes the rain fall upon the upright and the wrongdoers [alike]. For he causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.For if you love those who love you, what reward can you have? Do not even the tax collectors do that?
    Matthew 5:45 - 47.

    4. Don’t allow his/her property to ruin if you have the power to prevent the decline.

    If you meet your enemy's ox or his donkey going astray, you shall surely bring it back to him again. If you see the donkey of one who hates you lying [helpless] under his load, you shall refrain from leaving the man to cope with it alone; you shall help him to release the animal. 
    Exodus 23:4 - 5.

    What the passages mean is that

    • If you see a link that can benefit haters, share it.
    • If your enemy’s child comes for your help, render it.
    • If you see danger ahead, notify him/her .
    • Etc.

    This is an instruction, not a suggestion.

    5. Rejoice not about enemy’s downfall

    Why? Because Yahweh hates it.

     Rejoice not when your enemy falls, and let not your heart be glad when he stumbles or is overthrown, lest the Lord see it and it be evil in His eyes and displease Him, and He turn away His wrath from him [to expend it upon you, the worse offender].  Proverbs 24:18 - 19.

    Will it be easy doing all these un-human acts (un-human because a natural man is revenge-certified)? It won’t but doing so means obeying God and that comes with a whole loads of benefits.

    Why should you do it? Do it because in the God’s kingdom, we repay good with evils, bless and don’t curse.

    May God gives us the strength to do as He does in Jesus mighty name.

    A Letter to Goat without a yam and Yam without a goat.

    Dear Goat with a yam and Dear Yam without a goat,

    With upmost joy, I am writing this short epistle to you and I am happy because you are one of the luckiest category on Earth and well as those with goats and yams. Singleness is blissfulness. Enjoy it.

    Now, I will advise you

    • To stay on the farm. It is still the safest place to live and get a goat or yam and even after getting your goat or yam, stay there.
    • Look for your goat/yam on the farm. You will definitely see your specs on the farm.
    • While waiting for the yam, engage in profitable foraging and while waiting for the goat do make yam omelette, porridge, òjòjò†, etc with your life.
    • Continue doing what your Farmer-owner asks of you to do and
    • Let His decision overwrites yours. He alone knows what is fitting and suitable for you.

    If you can do all these, I can confidently say that your singleness will be blissfulness and your engagement will be heavenly.

    The Characters of The Farmer-owner.

    It was said in Ancient parchment that the association between the farmer, the goat and the yam is not easily broken and as such each got its uniqueness to differentiate the other from other farmers, goats and yam. Now let’s see the characters of the much talked about Farmer-owner who is both the rearer of the goat and planter of the yam.

    First of all, let me tell you that there are many wannabe farmers out there. Infact, their master is one short ugly guy who was a former labourer in the farm. The Farmer-owner gave him so much power until he thought it in his heart to have a more grander farm than his employer using the Master’s resources.

    He even co-opted lesser labourers into his rebellion.

    This former labourer and his minions do stole from goats, yams, vegetables, flowers, water, etc from the original Farmer-owner’s farm, changed their DNA to RNA – Rebel Now Acting, can even taught them language of the heavenly farm and released them to come and fellowship with the fellow goats and yams. So beware, not all bleating goats and fine yams you came about speaking the language of the farm are actually from the farm.

    Now, the characters of the Farmer-owner are:

    1. The Farmer-owner is ancient. Therefore, He has sure banker experiences on cultivation of goats and yams. You can trust Him to give you the best from his barn and pen.
    2. He has brought many goats to yams and vice versa through diverse means. He even promised in His ancient manual that no goat will lack a yam and vice versa. Rest assured, yours is being prepared.
    3. Furthermore, this Ancient Farmer has a farming manual which he called ancient parchment. In there, you know his dos and donts on how to find a goat, a yam, be a caterer, engage in productive foraging, made yam sauce, relate with other goats and yams and many more things He want to tell you. If you don’t read this parchment, your life may be trial and error.
    4. Also know this and know peace, your Farmer-owner is not a giver of the following to any products from his farm:
    • A goat/yam disturbing you for frying.
    • A goat/yam overuser. A goat that only know how to benefit from yam without being a benefit to yam and vice versa.
    • A hitter and an abuser of grace, gifts, body and words.
    • Community goats and yams.
    • Or any goat/yam behaving contrary to what was written in the Ancient parchment.

    If you supposed goat/yam has those behaviors, then know for sure that it is either s/he is probably drifting from the farm or s/he is originally from former labourer’s farm.

    Don’t mind that he/she joins other goats and yams to jollificate weekly and probably speak the language therein. The stealer of their souls has done that before to falsely accused a real GOAT.

    1. In addition, this Farmer-owner is firstly concerned about finding forages for goats, fertile soils for his yams, bringing goats to yams and yams to goats. So if you are not of his farm, go and meet you father, he too has your specific specs in barn and pen.
    2. Moreover, this awesome Farmer-Owner is not just a farmer. He is a vet doctor, a soil scientist, a rain maker, the rain Himself, a fertilizer, an insecticide, an herbicide and many more things. With you in his farm, your daily nutrients is guaranteed.
    3. Whereas, this Father-farmer will not force any goat or yam on you. He brings the goat or yam that is suitable for you, you do the talking.
    4. Lastly, this Farmer is expecting all his products back after declaring the harvest of his vineyard.

    THE SWEETNESS OF A YAM.

    As the Worth of the goat is not in the ability to fry so also the sweetness of the yam is not in being fried. If that’s all there to you, you may probably had started spoiling.

    Now, a good yam is not idly waiting for the goat to make an egg omelette with her. She is also making yam pottage with herself with expecting the real goat.

    Then, a responsible yam knows she is not for any goat. There is a specific goat for her specific yam from their Farmer-owner’s farm.

    Moreover, it is only bitter and rotten yams that peel themselves on soso media for likes. A real and worthy yam don’t and won’t.

    In addition, a sweet yam is also o not swayed by sweet bleating from various goats, their pockets or gyms bit she is only interested in who the Father-farmer said is hers.

    Now, ask yourself are you a sweet or rotten yam?

    For Christian Sisters Only.

    Christian sisters should be sweet yams. Yes, they should. God is the planter and that brother that used to tell you, ‘ you are my honey,’ every blessed morning is the goat and you got to help him to become a G.O.A.T.

    But how? You should know that, although Farmer-Owner which is Yahweh God has brought you to you goat or you have brought you goat to your owner, you must know that you can’t be peel, toasted, roasted, touched anyhow or boiled.

    You can’t. It’s not yet time.

    And I want you to also know that the desire to be eaten, boiled, peel, roasted, grated or even fried is legitimate and God-given but it is not yet an appropriate time. What should be touching you is now word of God, your pillows and or a cup of tea.

    Also, forget not that though the coming G.O.A.T is a Christian, he is also with a God-given instincts to boil and fry. He may speak the languages of angels but he has godly desires in him.

    Furthermore, be aware that not all goats are domesticated goats. Some are mountain goats (wild one), some are wannabes (infact baby antelope looks like goat) while some are ewu gambias* and not all goats have potential to become G.O.A.T. Only the Capra hiscus can survive all weathers and you should know that you own goat many not be in your locale.

    Therefore, you must help him by not seductively peel yourself, park yourself into his barn, for the habit of sleeping in his barn, touch him inappropriately (Yes, you can’t touch him too!) or arouse the goatness in him till appropriate time.

    If you want to be boiled, peel, grated, roasted, touched or even turn to yam cake (òjòjò)* , tell him to come and see the yam caterers to do the required and you too should go and see goat caterers to do the neccesary.

    But a potential GOAT should have self-control? Yes, of course, so a potential Y.A.M should self-control too. Not be any of your efforts, but by the grace of thy Farmer who art in heaven.

    If you can do this, you will be able to Y.A.M i.e. Yes! Am Married and be able to YAHM (Yes! Am Holly Married) before thy Father-Farmer.

    For you to be a virgin, it shows you are decisive in nature. You took a firm decision and you’ve kept it. This is a decision Bible study teachers find difficult to keep. This is a decision tongue speaking champions and those attacking you can’t keep. Do you know many who cried that I should help them overcome? Do you know someone following me up when I joined a fellowship was telling me to help him escape? Do you know many of your fathers in the church and home have destroyed teens?
    Many have advised you wrong, tried to entice you, to have you but you refused. That’s a very high level of decision. Keep it up. Decision is a trait that many lack and it shows you’re not only a virgin but a decisive human.


    To be a virgin shows you’re disciplined – sexual control cum self-control are rare characters in our generation. Even those who condemn your stance are as free as water, drinking water from every well.
    You have a higher tendency of doing exploits in life when you can control sexual desires and pressure, so, you’ve something to offer.
    Don’t allow the hate from people on your stand to wait till marriage affect you.
    Dear stupid counselor and influencers, if you’ve nothing to say or write, keep your mouth shut and stop expressing your ignorance.
    If they have sense, they’d have known this and rather than bash them, they’d have encouraged you and asked you to tell them how you did it.
    If you are able to control your zip in life, you’re able to achieve many things in life.

    12. Favorite Artiste’s CDs ( maybe old albums that you knew he does enjoy while you are growing up).

    15. Finance a night out with long time buddies.

    20. Sponsor honeymoon that includes his wife.

  • A Letter from Apostles Peter and Paul for Single Guys.

    Apostle Peter in his letter to all people concerning marriage said, ‘wives, in the same way, SUBMIT to yourself to your OWN HUSBANDS…’ (2 Peter 3:1) while Apostle Paul emphasized the same the same thing in Ephesians 5:22 that, ‘ Wives, be SUBMISSIVE to YOUR HUSBANDS…’
    We also know submit is gotten from the word SUBMISSON.
    Now divide the word into two, we have SUB which means A PART OF and MISSION which connotes PURPOSE, CALLING OR VISION, so therefore contrary to slavery definition of submission we all knew, Submission in the biblical sense means making your wife a part of your mission, calling and purpose in life.
    In Genesis, Adam was given work of naming the animals, working and watching the garden which is his mission statement of which Eve will be part of.
    Now, what is your own purpose? Why do you think God created you? If you got none or don’t know, what will you future wife be a part of?
    Will She be a part of infidelity that is your mission now, in the future?

    Will She be on Team Irresponsible with your goons whose only purpose in life seems to partying and womanizing?
    Do you think a godly sister will be a cheerleader on your gambling mission that is making you broke every weekend?
    Do you want to her to be a part of lies?
    She want to submit but dear, you got no clear mission, what will she now be part of?
    Should She submit herself to having sex under the influence of hard drug, will she?
    A Christian woman cannot be secretary to Team Laziness.
    Do you ever see her as part of your mission and vision?
    The same Mission given to Adam pre-fall has been given to us keep and dress our marriage as men of valour, sons of Most High.
    The mission is
    1. To keep and dress marital bed undefiled.
    2. To work the soil and take care of ‘garden’ of our wives and children in love, contentment and godliness.
    3. To work in other to provide for the family.
    4. To keep and dress family altar daily in order to rename the day for our uses from its evils.
    5. To Love Her, Her Dream and Her Aspiration and her children if she got any till death do you part and

    Submission in the biblical sense means making your wife a part of your mission, calling and purpose in life

    6. Ultimately TO SERVE YAHWEH TOGETHER.
    If you embark on those missions and make her part of vision, you won’t have to force a godly lady to do, she will gladly do.
    Remember, if Bible said she should submit unconditionally, what will she submits to and to whom?
    You will do well if you make submission easy for her.

  • 4 Significances of Easter.

    Our Lord Jesus has risen! He has resurrected! He is not in the tomb again! Amen.

    According to the Scripture, our Lord Jesus died and resurrected on the third day;

    “Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him. But go, tell his disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him, just as he told you.’ Mark 16:6-7.

    What are the significances of Easter to us as Christians:

    Easter tell us that our God that promises will fulfill His promises in due time.

    The prophecies about Jesus’ ministry was foretold hundred of years ago before their eventual fulfillment. Many have forgotten about it, many have discarded it and many have come to see it as fable but at the right time in God’s sight, He fulfilled the promises He has made.

    My sister, what is it that God has promised you? He will fulfill it.

    My brother, the covenant God has made with you, He will keep it.
    Is it car, house, marital partner, healing, financial breakthrough, job, etc? Whatsoever He has promised, He will do. Jesus promised to rise on the third day and He did.

    Easter gives us hope.

    Hope of eternal life, hope of eternal kingdom with our risen King and hope of resurrection. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-15 says;

    Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep.

    Halleluyah.

    Easter also tells us that we are serving a living God.

    All other religious leaders compulsorily died and never rose again but our Lord Jesus willinly gave His life and on the third day resurrected again, never to taste death again which means our God is not dead.

    He is God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
    He is God of the saints of old and present.
    He is my God and and He is your God.
    He is not dead nor deaf and He still answer prayers prayed in His name.

    Easter tells us about God’s love.

    John 3:16 says;

    For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

    and Romans 5:6-8 also says;

    You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

    If He did not deny us of His Son and Himself, what can He deny us?

    Nothing.

    These are some of the significances of Easter but all these benefits are for His children. Are you a child of God? If not, you can become one now by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
    If you are doing so, say this prayer; Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for me. I confess my sin, please forgive me. I accept you as my personal Lord and Savior. Thank you for saving me. Amen.

    Welcome to God’s family, it is that simple but it doesn’t end here. Do find a bible believing church in your locality and join and I also wish to hear from you.

    6. He/she speaks on the tongue

    Is it a sin to blast in tongue, sing, prophesy or display any spiritual fruit? not! Displaying one or two spiritual gifts is good but the best is displaying spiritual fruits as listed in Galatians 5:22-23.

    …display of gift without accompanying display of fruits is showmanship at its best.

    That a potential partner display a particular gift doesn’t automatically translate him/her into a good hubby or a good wife because the display of a gift without an accompanying display of fruits is showmanship at its best.

    Don’t fall for showmanship because inside the present church is a demon-filled sister who prophesies, fornicating brothers who see sisters as sexual conquest medals who teach, born-against pastor, corrupt men and women in the choir, men and women with questionable salvation experiences in high positions in the church, so be careful.
    That he/she displays the gift does not mean he/she will be a profitable partner in marriage, the question is is he/she bearing the fruit?
    GOD want you to marry but He doesn’t want you to be miserable in it.

    7. God understand that we are in the 21st century

    Yes, God knows we are in the 21st century and He also knows if we will live to the 22nd century but He doesn’t understand teachings, doings, actions, and postulation associated with this century that are not consistent with His word.
    He doesn’t understand the reason for premarital sex even though that is the norm now.
    He doesn’t understand why you want to submit to unholy sexual invites because Joseph had shown him that it is possible to control one’s urge.
    He doesn’t understand why you become arrogant now because you are now an undergraduate Daniel, and his friends have proven to him that it is possible to be humble, good-looking, and intelligent and still be Christian.
    He doesn’t understand why you want to trade the body for material gains because Mary had shown him that beauty is not a hindrance to godliness.
    God doesn’t understand irresponsibility because Joseph and Timothy have demonstrated to Him that you can be youthful and useful to the church and society.
    What God understands is that His word stands for all ages, cultures and centuries and that if you have transgressed there is a space for you for repentance.

    GOD can’t disown His word for anybody for any reason at any time…God cannot and will not tell you to go and marry an unbeliever even if there are no believing brothers again...

    8. God told me to marry an unbeliever

    God cannot say one thing in the bible and told you to discard his written word. His word is binding on Him. GOD can’t disown His word for anybody for any reason at any time.

    God cannot and will not tell you to go and marry an unbeliever even if there are no believing brothers again ( and He has promised to be your husband self) because He has said ‘do not be unequally yoked with an unbeliever and two, nobody becomes a Christian simply because he/she marries a Christian or by going to church. An unbelieving partner is like one aching teeth in your mouth which will eventually cause a bad ache to the entire mouth later if not treated (treatment for an unbeliever is a dose of acceptalin Jesus Christ).
    The only message God has for you to unbelievers is the message of salvation not of marriage.

    9. There is only one man/woman for me

    GOD has indeed destined one particular woman/man as your wife/husband but your marital life is not tied to that particular person because for every Saul and Judas that is fumbling there is always a better David and Mattias to replace them.
    If truly you are led by God to go and met Joke and she said no, report back to GOD for the next line of actions which may be; wait for that person or go to another person. Just report back to GOD and don’t make any move without His binding to do so.
    What if the person dies? Does that mean you are doomed?

    Your marital life is not tied to a single man/woman but to GOD – the originator and sustainer of marriage.

    Absolutely NO! because for every dead and faithful Samuel, there are faithful Nathan, Isaiah, Ezekiel, and Joel still living who will be equally faithful and for every Elijah caught up in the whirlwind, there is Elisha who will do double of his work and 50 sons of prophets still living.

    10. God’s will is only in marriage

    Pure lie. God’s will is not only in marriage it cut across all areas of our life. Be it any type of relationship, business, marriage, social life, finances, speech, etc, there is God’s standard required therein as stated in the bible but the problem is that many of us often relegated God to one corner in most areas of human endeavours and few of us remember him when we want to marry with resultant dullness in our spiritual sensitivity to how He speaks.
    There is God’s will you must try to know about that university you intend to go to, a particular course you will, who you can be friends with, places you can go and cannot go, what you can eat, wear, read, how you speak, etc. Try to know His mind in other areas of your life too to experience an all-around successful life.
    Remember that knowing and doing God’s will is not only in marriage but in all areas of life.
